You will need to wear your aligners up to 22 hours a day to achieve the desired results, only taking them out to eat and drink.

You will need to remove your aligners each time you eat or drink any fluid which is not clear. We recommend brushing your teeth and washing your aligners with lukewarm water after each meal to maintain good oral hygiene and achieve the best results.
As you get used to your aligners, you might notice a slight lisp for the first few days. Most people get used to the aligners quickly and begin speaking normally again within a few days.
Once your teeth have reached their final position, you will be given a removable retainer included as part of your treatment package. Wearing your retainer helps keep your teeth in position and prevents them from shifting back.
Your dentist will give you a schedule outlining when you should wear this retainer and how frequently. Typically, you are advised to wear your retainer full-time to start with, before eventually scaling back to nighttime wear.
