How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign braces are a series of custom made aligners which straighten your teeth. You’ll change your aligners every 7-14 days and each aligner is 3D printed from your iTero simulation to give you the best results. Each week your aligners will gently move your teeth to transform your smile.
iTero 3D scans allow our specialists to design your smile to your specification. As part of your initial assessment, you’ll receive a complimentary 3D simulation. Your scan will allow you to instantly visualise your smile transformation with a preview prior to the start of your treatment.

Treatment times for Invisalign range from around 3 to 18 months depending on the severity of the corrections. Invisalign does provide a fast an effective solution to teeth straightening, you will start to see results within your first few weeks of treatment. Prices vary £1,395 to around £3,495 depending on the number of aligners you require and length of your treatment. Aftercare may come at an additional cost and will also vary depending on the retainer you choose.
To help spread the cost, we offer a range of payment options including finance 0% interest over 3 years and payments starting from as little as £25/month.
Invisalign offers fast and effective treatment for a variety of issues including overcrowding, crossbite and over or under bite with a gentle and fast solution. It can also treat issues such as gaps however in some cases traditional braces may provide a faster solution.
In your consultation, we will provide you will all available options to you, if with think you can achieve better or faster results with traditional braces we will discuss this with you. You will need to change your aligners every 7 to 14 days as recommended by your London Invisalign specialist. They will only recommend you move on to your next aligner once your teeth have moved adequately to fit your current aligner perfectly. You will need to visit one of our clinics in Wandsworth or Fulham anytime you need your attachments changed or around every 4 weeks depending on your treatment plan.

Invisalign does offer a gentle solution to teeth straightening. However you may feel pressure over the first few days of your aligners as your teeth begin to move. As your teeth get used to moving and move into the desired position for each aligner any discomfort will fade.

You will need to wear your aligners up to 22 hours a day to achieve the desired results. Only taking them out to eat and drink.
Orthodontic treatment can be considered from the age of 7, but will depend on your child’s tooth development and the corrections required. Seeing an orthodontist will help to outline when might be the right time for your child to consider orthodontic treatment.

You will need to remove your aligners each time you eat or drink any fluid which is not clear. We recommend brushing your teeth and washing your aligners with lukewarm water after each meal to maintain good oral hygiene and achieve the best results.
