November AKA Movember is Men’s Health Awareness Month. Movember is an annual event involving the growing of moustaches throughout the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide.
The difference between early detection and late detection of any underlying health concerns can be life and death.
“However You Mo Will Save a Bro” as one of the many Movember mottoes goes. You can find out more information about how you can get involved on the Movember charity website.

Grow A Mo
Grow a moustache this month. “Patchy, lopsided, itchy or epic – whatever Mo you grow this Movember, your face will raise funds and awareness for men’s health.”
Make A Move
Run or walk 60km during the month of November. 60km is to represent the 60 men whose lives are lost to suicide each hour, every hour, around the world.
Host A Mo-ment
Rally a crew together and do something fun and easy, in person, or even virutally. Hosting a Mo-ment is all about simply having a good time for a good cause.

These are just some suggestions of the ways you can get involved this November but if you have your own ideas, great, “Mo your own way”. Take a look at the website for more inspiration on how you can get involved, sign-up for more information, or simply make a donation to the Movember charity.
