- Turn Left when you leave Chiswick Park Tube station
- Cross the road via the zebra crossing and bear right
- At the roundabout cross straight over, with Sainsbury car park to your left
- Turn left at the Old Pack Horse pub on to Chiswick High Road
- Continue until you reach the crossing adjacent to Crew Clothing
- Cross the road towards Winkworth, then bear left towards Bet Fred
- Turn right at Bet Fred and Chiswick Barley Mow is straight ahead
- Locate the intercom by the entrance at Chiswick Barley Mow
- Enter room number 103 and a team member will then greet you in reception
