How long are your sessions?

Workshops vary - they can be as little or as long as you want them - typically around half a day or full day formats. Reflective spaces usually run for approximately 90 minutes

How do we know what is right for the business?

We offer a free initial consultation to understand your business a little better and recommend what feels most suitable.

How much do you cost?

As every service is bespoke, it varies. We provide a clear proposal and quote after the initial consultation. 

Do you offer in person or virtual?

We offer both - our Clinical Psychologists are flexible to your teams needs.
